Registering for Girls Day Out presented by Roxy is an easy 3 step process!

3. Pay online using PayPal

All partcipants are required to sign a liablity release form. Any partcipants under the age of 18 will be required to have the signature of their parent/guardian. Please bring a signed copy of this form to the event. Click Here to veiw a PDF version.

½ Day Clinic	$175
Any two ½ Day Clinics*	$250
Competition Only	$50
Competition With Clinic	$35

* You can arrange your sessions/clinics however you want, on any days you choose.

Liability Form

All registrants must download the liability form and bring it signed the day of your clinic/competition.

Cancellations

Full Refunds will be given for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to August 22, 2008.

1/2 of the clinic fee will be refunded for less then 48 hours notice.
