Hey Girls, if you missed out on the first Girls Day Out Snowboarding event presented by Roxy you still have one more chance! Our second event, to be held March 8-9 at Mount St Louis Moonstone, is fast approaching.
Our first event, held on January 26th, 2008 went off superbly! The weather was perfect, there was tons of snow at Mount St Louis Moonstone and good times were had by both instructors and riders! Girls who had never been on a snowboard before were turning by the end of the day while others rode rails, hit boxes or hit the half pipe for the first time!
Girls also walked away with rad prizing from Roxy, Playtex, CoverGirl and TAB including a pair of Roxy Snowboarding Bindings!
Our March event is loaded with awesomeness! Every partcipant will receive:
- Professional instruction from female coaches.
- Girls Day Out prize pack which includes a Roxy t-shirt and gifts from all of our sponsors.
- Low student : instructor ratio – our largest group has 5 riders.
- The opportunity to meet other girls that snowboard.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just learning to snowboard or hitting up the terrain park, you have the ability to mix and match your snowboarding clinics to suit your riding ability. Then, come out and participate in our girls-only snowboard competition. Our snowboard competition is held in a jam-style format which allows you to ride with all your new snowboarding buddies, show off your skills and win great prizes!
