Hey Girls! We’ve got good news…the 4th annual Girls Day Out Wakeboarding event will be held August 22-24, 2008 at Windsor Park in Bala, Muskoka!

This year Girls Day Out has teamed up with O’Brien Wakeboards and Lost Enterprises to host the best action-packed girls-only wakeboarding event yet. This 3-day wakeboarding weekend is a perfect opportunity to learn to wakeboard, learn new tricks, win some rad prizes and meet a posse of girls who also like to ride! Girls Day Out has also teamed up with Gordon Bay Marine, JetPilot, Straightline, Oakley, Malibu Boats, CoverGirl, Glaceau VitaminWater, SBC Wakeboard Magazine and Playtex so expect some awesome prizing!

Days 1 and 2 of the event will consist of ½ day or full day wakeboarding clinics. Our beginner, intermediate and advanced clinics are instructed by some of Canada’s top female wakeboarders and we only put 5 girls in each boat so you get lots of time out on the water!

Day 3 of the event consists of a ½ day of clinics and – come on girls! – a girls-only wakeboard competition. Each Girls Day Out participant will receive:

Professional instruction from female coaches.
A Girls Day Out prize pack which includes a Lost t-shirt and swag from all our awesome sponsors.
A low student to instructor ratio – we only put 4-5 girls in each boat.
Entry into a draw to win an O’Brien wakeboard, a JetPilot vest, Oakley sunnies and other wicked prizes.
Snacks and Glaceau VitaminWater to rejuvenate and rehydrate.
A chance to hit a rail built especially for Girls Day Out.

You don’t have to be a super-star to win swag - prizes will be awarded to both clinic and competition participants, newbies and super-stars alike!
